Neo – Store Insights connects your WooCommerce store to Neo by Nethority. After you activate it, the plugin connects itself and keeps your sales flowing in. Nothing to configure.
- Connects automatically and retries on its own until it works.
- Sends the daily figures of your past orders (up to two years) in the background.
- Real-time updates when an order is created, changed or refunded.
- A nightly sync that also catches up if a night is missed.
Each day is sent as a whole, so figures are never counted twice.
External services
This plugin sends your store’s daily sales figures (orders, sales, discounts, taxes, refunds, customer counts) and its name, currency and time zone to Neo at https://portal.nethority.com. It creates a read-only WooCommerce REST API key for Neo, so that Neo can check the store is yours. Nethority’s terms: https://nethority.com/terms-and-conditions/
