 1. Upload the entire `wpcf7-twaddress` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** screen (**Plugins > Installed Plugins**).

You will find **address** button when you edit your contact forms via Contact Form
7.
