First of all, we supports PHP 5.6+, MySQL 5.5+, WordPress 4.5+. Old software(vulnerable!) is not supported.
If you’re in supported environment, please create pull request or issue.

Not working on latest wordpress version. I uploaded my own plugin because this one seems to be completely dead and the maintainer is nowhere to be found.

Cool plugin and helps improving pagespeed on comment pages where smilies are used a lot. Thanks for this!
