Pro features require a separately purchased Ryzor UX Insight Pro license.

Analytics data is stored in the site's WordPress database. See External Services below for the limited cases where the plugin communicates with third-party or Ryzor-operated services.

External Services

Ryzor UX Insight uses the following external services in specific circumstances.

ipwho.is

Purpose: Country detection fallback.

When country detection cannot be resolved from available CDN or hosting headers, the plugin requests
https://ipwho.is/{visitor-ip}
. This necessarily sends the visitor's IP address to the ipwho.is service so it can return a country code.

Service website: https://ipwho.is/

Site owners should review the service provider's current terms and privacy information before enabling country tracking where applicable.

Ryzor Pro Delivery

Purpose: Optional Pro checkout and license management.

When a WordPress administrator explicitly clicks an Upgrade control, the plugin sends the registered product identifier, plan identifier, and the site's URL to the Ryzor Pro Delivery checkout service at
https://ryzorplugins.com/
so a PayPal checkout can be created.

When a Pro license is activated, validated, or deactivated, the plugin sends the license key and site URL to the Ryzor Pro Delivery license service at
https://ryzorplugins.com/
to manage the site's Pro entitlement.

These requests are related only to optional Pro purchasing and licensing; they are not required for the core local analytics dashboard to store analytics data.

Service website: https://ryzorplugins.com/

Privacy

Ryzor UX Insight stores analytics records in the site's own WordPress database. Depending on enabled settings and the site's environment, tracked records can include visitor/session identifiers, URLs, referrers, device/browser information, country codes, events, and timestamps.

Country detection can use the external ipwho.is service as described in External Services. Pro checkout and licensing can use Ryzor Pro Delivery as described above.

Site owners are responsible for configuring the plugin and their privacy disclosures in accordance with laws and policies applicable to their site.

Upload the
ryzor-ux-insight
folder to
/wp-content/plugins/
, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen.

Activate Ryzor UX Insight through the Plugins screen.

Open UX Insight in WordPress admin.

Review Settings and enable the tracking options appropriate for your site.

Where is analytics data stored?

Tracked analytics data is stored in the WordPress database of the site running the plugin.

Does the plugin offer Pro features?

Yes.
