I’ve spent over £400 with Pootle and they can’t even be bothered to respond to an email about a licensing issue for weeks on end. I strongly recommend against spending any money with them at all

After hounding me for ages and offering a black Friday deal I finally bought a bundle from Pootlepress. I found the Woobuilder plugin quite good and thought their other plugins would be the same, I was wrong. After trying some of their other plugins and found them lacking I emailed support to see if I was missing something. After losing my first support request, they replied and told me bundles can’t be refunded. There are much better plugins out there and a lot of them are cheaper too.
