Description

The FRED widget (http://research.stlouisfed.org/fred2/) was created to allow you to show the six of the most popular economic data series from
the FRED database in the sidebar of your blog. The widget includes the FRED logo, a link to the webpage for each series, the latest value for each series, and a

Installation

  1. Upload fred-at-a-glance.php to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
  3. Add the ‘FRED At a Glance’ widget to your sidebar through the ‘Widgets’ section of the ‘Appearence’ menu

FAQ

Can I pick which data series show in the widget?

Not at this time, but this feature may be available in a later release.
