GigaFound helps small businesses prepare useful content from their business information and connected Google Search Console data. Research and content creation run in GigaFound, keeping your WordPress website responsive.
Your connected website supplies business and brand defaults automatically. You can edit them in Settings. Existing business edits are preserved; unstated qualifications, official vision statements and business results are never invented.
The everyday workflow is simple:
- Connect your GigaFound account; optionally connect Google Search Console.
- Choose Generate Next Article.
- GigaFound researches, writes, selects authorized media and adds relevant links.
- Review and approve the saved article in WordPress, or explicitly enable automatic publication.
- GigaFound verifies the published result and monitors search visibility. Required professional review still applies.
Articles, progress and connections are shared with your GigaFound workspace. Optional illustrations follow your website preferences. GigaFound does not promise rankings, traffic or business results.
Hosted service and 14-day trial
This is a free, GPL-licensed connector to the GigaFound hosted service. A GigaFound account is required for hosted research, content creation, analysis and approved finishing work. New eligible accounts receive a 14-day service trial after confirming their email, with no payment card required. Trial usage allowances apply. After the trial, choose and confirm a recurring paid plan to continue hosted production. There is no automatic charge merely because a trial ends.
The plugin itself does not expire. Existing WordPress articles, the normal WordPress editor and your account/billing access remain available. Uninstalling, reconnecting or adding another website does not start a second trial. See https://gigafound.com/pricing/ for current plans and https://gigafound.com/terms/ for service terms.
Privacy and external services
Installing or activating the plugin does not send website data to GigaFound. You initiate connection using Connect GigaFound and approve the website connection in your account.
After connection, the plugin communicates over HTTPS with https://app.gigafound.com for authenticated website ownership, shared workflow status, preferences, publication notices, drafts and specifically approved changes. GigaFound can read website posts and pages (including drafts/private/scheduled content for duplicate prevention), their metadata, categories, tags, links and media descriptions. Article text, approved media and metadata are transferred when preparing drafts or applying approved finishing changes. Connection uses a dedicated limited WordPress service user and revocable application password; it does not grant permission to install plugins or administer unrelated users. Connection credentials are stored privately. Disconnect the dashboard in GigaFound Settings to revoke its dashboard grant; any separately configured website publishing connection must also be removed in your GigaFound account if desired.
Google Search Console is optional. When connected, GigaFound uses actual available search evidence; otherwise it uses confirmed business details and public research without inventing search demand. Its OAuth consent happens in your browser through GigaFound. Google grants and AI-provider keys remain in the GigaFound backend, not in WordPress. GigaFound uses authorized Google search data and its configured AI providers for hosted research, writing, independent review and optional images. The plugin does not connect directly to Google or AI-provider APIs. See https://gigafound.com/privacy/ for data handling and subprocessors, and https://gigafound.com/terms/ for terms.
No unrelated tracking, public-site advertising or executable code downloads are included. Publication requires either approval of the saved article or your explicit automatic-publishing preference. Regulated content retains applicable professional-review requirements.
Compatibility
A public HTTPS WordPress website on one server, PHP 8.2+, application-password support, OpenSSL and InnoDB posts/options storage are required. Other website systems and multi-server WordPress hosting are not supported. A managed private operation-lock directory is prepared outside your public website with a bounded pool of lock files and guarded uninstall cleanup; hosts may configure GIGAFOUND_OPERATION_LOCK_DIR when necessary. Writes stop safely if private locking is unavailable. Yoast SEO must be installed and active to save article search and sharing information. WordPress identifies this plugin dependency during installation. No ranking or green-score guarantee is made.

Will GigaFound publish without my review?
-
No. Drafts are reviewed and published in WordPress by you. Finishing changes require your approval of the exact proposed changes.

Select a paid plan in your GigaFound account to continue hosted content production. Existing saved articles are not deleted or hidden, and no payment is taken without subscription confirmation.

0.9.0
Service-trial and plan guidance, account-setup continuation, source-capture improvements and directory documentation. Automatic article drafting, native WordPress review and publication, and verified finishing approval. Hosted availability depends on site setup and an active service trial or plan. WordPress.org approval is required for directory installation.
0.8.0
Native dashboard, secure account pairing and queued publication notices.
0.6.0
Guarded publishing and editing, metadata, media and result recovery.
Connection permissions
Only a signed-in WordPress administrator can initiate pairing, protected by a WordPress nonce. Pairing locally creates a dedicated revocable content-service identity. Its role can read, edit and publish posts/pages and upload media; it cannot manage users, plugins, themes, code or site settings. GigaFound has no remote endpoint for creating users or changing roles. The credentials sent during pairing belong only to that content identity, not the administrator. Normal publication and finishing approvals remain required. Disconnect/revocation and tenant-specific credential storage are documented above.
0.9.1
Directory review corrections: longer declaration and new-operation prefixes with legacy receipt compatibility, consistent WordPress minimum version, managed bounded private locks and guarded cleanup, and prepared WordPress database queries that preserve atomic reservation and prohibit reconnect/replay. Customer workflow, existing grants and article approvals are preserved.
0.9.2
Fix a fatal error on normal WordPress startup by preparing private operation locks only after WordPress loads its pluggable authentication functions. Existing connections, private locking safeguards and publishing approvals are unchanged.
0.9.3
Branded dashboard and accessible charts from actual search and website activity, clear working progress with friendly waiting messages, and optional business editing. Website-derived defaults remove the manual business-confirmation gate. External setup links open a separate tab. Existing connections and publishing approvals are preserved.
